Thank U Berry Munch Cheesecake
Note: A special pan and crust
are used to make this cheesecake.
Crush 1 Box Thank U Berry Munch Girl Scout Cookies and add 1/2 stick of melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Mix 4 Boxes of Cream Cheese (8 oz. per box), 4 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Sour Cream, 3 Tablespoons Flour and 1 PIE IN A BOTTLE together. Beat until smooth. Pour into springform pan. Bake at 325° for 40-45 minutes. Refrigerate 4 hours.
Cranberry Compote Topping
Mix 1 PIE IN A BOTTLE, 1 Package Cranberries (8 oz.) and 1/4 Cup Water or Orange Juice. Cook on top of the stove in a saucepan until cranberries are soft (about 15-20 minutes). Some grated fresh orange peel and toasted pecans may also be added.
Traditional Graham Cracker Crust Cheesecake
Note: A special pan and crust

Use 1-1/2 cups Crushed Pecans.
Turtle Pie

Use 1 cup Crushed Pecans, 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips and 5 Kraft Caramels cut up.
Alternate: Use 1 cup Crushed Pecans and 1/2 cup Nestlé Milk Chocolate and Caramel Swirled Morsels.
Walnut Chocolate Chip Pie (A Kentucky Derby-Time Favorite)
Pour 1/2 cup Nestlé Toll House Semi-Sweet Morsels into the bottom of the pie shell. Then add 1 cup of Diamond Chopped Walnuts. (Tastes something like a pie named after a famous Kentucky horse race.)
Chess Pie (Ken's Recipe)
Add 4 eggs instead of 2. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice concentrate.
Coconut Pie
Use 1 & 1/2 cups Flaked Coconut.

Almond Cranberry Golden Raisin Pie
Use 1 cup Sliced Almonds, 1/4 cup chopped Ocean Spray Craisins Sweetened Dried Cranberries, 1/4 cup chopped Sun-Maid Golden Raisins. (You'll get a nutty almond flavor, then sweetness from the raisins and then the tartness from the cranberries as your mouth empties.)
Almond Golden Raisin Pie
Use 1 cup Sliced Almonds, 1/2 cup chopped Sun-Maid Golden Raisins. (As a variation, use 3/4 cups of each.)
Almond Orange Pie
Use 1 cup Sliced Almonds and 1/2 cup chopped Ocean Spray Craisins Orange Flavor Sweetened Dried Cranberries.
Almond Turtle Pie
- OR -
Use 1 cup Sliced Almonds, 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips and 5 Kraft Caramels cut up.

Bourbon Walnut Pie
Use 1-1/2 cups finely Chopped Walnuts and 1/2 cup Bourbon. Soak Walnuts in Bourbon in a mason jar for 3 to 4 days, then pour off extra Bourbon. (Side note: Use your favorite bourbon because the flavor will be tasted. The walnut flavored bourbon can be mixed with butter in a sauce pan for a nice glaze.)
Bourbon Walnut Chocolate Chip Pie
Use 1 cup finely Chopped Walnuts and 1/2 cup Bourbon. Soak Walnuts in Bourbon in a mason jar for 3 to 4 days, then pour off extra Bourbon. Mix the nuts with 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips. Variations: Use Milk Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, Dark Chocolate Chips or maybe even Mint Chocolate Chips. (Side note: Use your favorite bourbon because the flavor will be tasted. The walnut flavored bourbon can be mixed with butter in a sauce pan for a nice glaze.)
Butterfinger Pie (Our Scoutmaster's Favorite)
Use 4 King-Sized Butterfinger candy bars mashed up fine.
Butterscotch Coconut Pie
Use 1/2 cup Hershey's Butterscotch Chips and 1 cup Flaked Coconut.
Cashew Pie
Use 1-1/2 cups Cashew Pieces.
Cashew White Chocolate Chip Pie
Use 1 cup Cashew Pieces and 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips. (White chocolate gives it a softer fluffier flavor profile that doesn't overpower the flavor of the cashews.)
Chocolate Caramel Pie
- OR -
Use 1 cup Chocolate Chips and 10 Kraft Caramels flattened and cut up.
Alternate: Use 1-1/2 cups Nestlé Milk Chocolate and Caramel Swirled Morsels.
Chopped Dates And Coconut Pie
Use 1 cup Coconut and 1/2 cup Dole Chopped Dates.
Cinnamon Chip Pie
Use 1-1/2 cups Hershey's Cinnamon Chips. (Great with French Vanilla Ice cream.)
Coconut Chocolate Chip Pie
Use 1 cup Flaked Coconut and 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips. (Tastes a lot like a Mounds candy bar.)
Coconut Mint Chocolate Chip Pie
Use 1 cup Flaked Coconut and 1/2 cup Hershey's Mint Chocolate Chips.
Cream Cheese Pie
Start with an 8 ounce block of Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened on the counter top until very soft. Add the cream cheese to the mixer, with 2 heaping tablespoons of Daisy Brand Sour Cream and 2 Eggs. Mix until smooth, not even little lumps. Then add the bottle of PIE IN A BOTTLE and mix. Next pour the mixture in to your graham cracker crust and bake for 35 minutes at 350°. The pie will look shaky, but will setup just fine when allowed to cool. We added a thin layer of strawberry jam to the top of our pie to take it up a notch.
Dark Chocolate Raspberry Pie
Use 1-1/2 cup Nestlé Dark Chocolate Raspberry Swirled Morsels.
Dark Chocolate Raspberry Coconut Pie
Use 1 cup Flaked Coconut and 1/2 cup Nestlé Dark Chocolate Raspberry Swirled Morsels.
Variation: Use 3/4 cups of each ingredient.
Double Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pie
First gently warm your PIE IN A BOTTLE in the microwave 30 seconds. Pour in a mixing bowl and add 2 level teaspoons of Hershey's Cocoa and 2 Eggs. Next put 1-1/2 cups of Chocolate Chips into your pie shell. Then pour your mixture over the chips into the pie shell and bake for 35 minutes at 350°. This pie must cool completely be for being cut, this is an extremely rich pie so cut it in small pieces. For a less sweet variation, use Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa.
Hazelnut Pie
Use 1-1/2 cups Chopped Hazelnuts.
Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Pie
Use 1 cup Chopped Hazelnuts and 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Hazelnut Frangelico Pie
Soak 1-1/2 cups of Chopped Hazelnuts in Frangelico* for around 48 hours. Pour off Frangelica and add nuts to pie.
* Frangelico is a hazelnut and herb-flavored liqueur which is produced in Canale, Italy. It is 24% alcohol by volume, 48 proof. It is most commonly sold in two sizes: 750ml and 375ml
Lemon Coconut Pie
Use 1-1/2 cups Flaked Coconut, 5 tablespoons Lemon Juice Concentrate and 3 drops yellow food color.
Variation: Substitute Lemon Juice Concentrate with any other juice concentrate for a wide variety of pies.
Lemon Lime Coconut Pie
Use 1-1/2 cups Flaked Coconut, 4 tablespoons Lemon Juice Concentrate and 1 tablespoon Lime Juice concentrate.
Lime Pie
Add 4 Eggs instead of 2. Add 2 tablespoons of Lime Juice Concentrate.
Variations: Substitute Lime Juice Concentrate with any other juice concentrate. Also try flavor extracts for an extra special treat.
M&M's Coconut Pie
Use 1/2 cup M&M's Minis, 1 cup Flaked Coconut. The M&M's make a confetti look in the pie that's great for kids' parties.
Macadamia Dark Chocolate Chip Pie
- OR -
Use 1 cup Macadamia Nuts and 1/2 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chips.
Alternate: Use 1-1/2 cups Hershey's Premier Baking Pieces Special Dark Chips and Macadamia Nuts.
Macadamia Dark Chocolate Raspberry Pie
Use 1 cup Macadamia Nuts and 1/2 cup Nestle Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Swirled Morsels.
Macadamia Nut Pie
Use 1-1/2 cups crushed Macadamia Nuts.
Macadamia White Chocolate Chip Pie
- OR -
Use 1 cup Macadamia Nuts and 1/2 cup Nestlé Premier White Morsels. The white chocolate gives this pie a softer, fluffier flavor profile that doesn't overpower the flavor of the macadamia nut.
Alternate: Use 1-1/2 cups Hershey's Premier Baking Pieces White Chips and Macadamia Nuts.
Mango Coconut Pie
Use 1 cup Coconut and 1/2 cup Dried Mangoes. Soak mangoes in 1/2 cup orange juice for approximately 20 minutes to hydrate. Drain orange juice. Dice mangoes before adding to pie shell.
Mint Chocolate Coconut Pie
Use 1 cup Coconut and 1/2 cup Hershey's Mint Chocolate Chips.

Mint Julep Pie
Soak 1-1/4 cups of Crushed Pecans in Early Times Kentucky Whisky* for 3 to 4 days. Put 1 layer of Andes Crème de Menthe Thins in the bottom of the pie shell. Drain whisky from the pecans and pour nuts on top of the mints. For an interesting variation, try using Andes Cherry Jubilee Thins.
BONUS: And Ken says don't waste that pecan flavored whisky. Take it and add some butter in a saucepan and reduce it to make an awesome glaze for chicken, pork chops, or steak. Add that to some sliced onions and cook until they're soft and yummy.
* Early Times Kentucky Whisky is 40% alcohol by volume and is distilled in Louisville, KY.
Peanut Butter Pie
Use 1-1/2 cups Reese's Peanut Butter Chips.
Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Chip Pie
Use 1 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips 1/2 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chips.
Variation: Use 3/4 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips 3/4 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chips.
Peanut Butter and Milk Chocolate Chip Pie
Use 1-1/2 cups Nestlé Peanut Butter and Milk Chocolate Morsels.
Peanut Butter Nut Pie
Use 1 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips and 1/2 cup Chopped Peanuts.
Peanut Caramel Chocolate Chip Pie
- OR -
Use 1 cup Chopped Peanuts and 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips. Then cut 8 caramels into thin slices and place on top of filling.
Alternate: Use 1 cup Chopped Peanuts and 1/2 cup Nestle Milk Chocolate and Caramel Swirled Morsels.

Use 1-1/4 cup Crushed Pecans and 1/4 cup Hershey's Cinnamon Chips.

Use 1-1/2 cups chopped Pistachio Nuts.
Pistachios and White Chocolate Chip Pie
Use 1 cup chopped Pistachio Nuts and 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips.
Raisin Pie
Use 1-1/2 cups Sun-Maid Jumbo Raisins.
Sweet Potato Pie
Use a 15 or 16 ounce can of Sweet Potatoes drained. Blend with PIE IN A BOTTLE until smooth. Pour into pie shell. It looks a lot like a pumpkin pie, but has an unmistakable aroma of sweet potatoes.
Trail Mix Pie
WARNING: This is only for the adventurous! Use 1-1/2 cups of your favorite Trail Mix. Break Trail Mix into small pieces.
Tuxedo Pie
Use 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts, 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips and 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips.
